ph2bet strictly prohibits use of the Platform by individuals under the age of 21 years. ph2bet does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 21. If ph2bet becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under the minimum age, that Account will be suspended immediately, the personal data will be deleted (subject to any legal hold obligations), and any funds held will be managed in accordance with ph2bet's Terms & Conditions.
ph2bet reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable law, or regulatory requirements. Material changes — meaning changes that substantially affect how we process personal data or affect your rights — will be communicated to registered Players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.
Non-material changes (such as clarifications, formatting corrections, or minor rewording that does not affect the substance of how data is processed) may be made without advance notice. The "Effective Date" at the top of this Policy will reflect the date of the most recent revision.
